Todd Eiler was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He earned his Eagle Scout award and graduated from
Jefferson High School in 1986. He went to work for Cedar Rapids Asphalt Paving now known as L.L. Pelling
starting out as a laborer. Todd worked his way up on the crew until he was promoted to an operator for 6
years. Todd then started his own company called Home Maintenance Specialists where he and his employees
painted houses and barns and did a variety of carpentry projects. In 1996, he was approached by the owners
of what was then called P & M Blacktop, to come to work for them for a short period of time as a Project
Manager. He has been with the company, now called Pate Asphalt Systems for 16 years as the General Manager.
In 2011 Todd was promoted to Vice President. He is a member of NAPA (National Asphalt Paving Association)
APAI (Asphalt Paving Association of Iowa) and Cedar Rapids Home Builders Association. In 1999 Todd was raised a Master Mason in Mizpah Lodge. Todd married his wife, Tonya Pierce, on March 11th 2000, the same year he joined the El Kahir Temple. Todd is a member of the Hospital Dads, the Kruzers and the Directors Staff in which he served as the President in 2011. Todd and Tonya have 2 wonderful children. Their son Bailey is 10 years old and is active in Webelos and Soccer. Marisa is 6 years old and is active in Girl Scouts, Ballet and Tap Dance. Both of their kids have a deep understanding and appreciation of what Shriners do. Tonya works full time and does a great job getting the kids where they need to be. Todd and his Family enjoy camping, hunting, fishing, golfing and spending time together. Todd and Tonya look forward to working with the Divan and the Nobility of El Kahir. |
